You can soon recreate the restaurant’s signature dishes.
Fancy bringing some stunning Spanish dishes back to your casa? Well, Bristol tapas restaurant, Bar44, has announced that you too can make an incredible feast with the launch of their very own cookbook.
So if you can’t always nab a table or simply eat at Bar44 every night you can always rifle through their recipes to cook their signature dishes from croquetas to crema Catalana tart. Announcing the news on social media, Bar44 wrote: “We are incredibly excited to announce the Bar44 book! 🎉
“This is a HUGE moment for us. Throughout our whole lives, we have been passionate about Spain. It’s people, the culture and food. For over 20 years, we have worked alongside incredible producers and suppliers to bring an exceptional, authentic experience to the UK. It’s been quite the journey and one we continue to love every second of.”
Bar44’s book encompasses founders Owen and Tom Morgan’s love affair with Spain. Expected to be released this autumn, you’ll find 44 recipes inside, alongside stories about their travels and insights into Spain’s amazing people making glorious ingredients.
To get your hands on a copy of Bar44’s book, you can now pre-order via the online Mercado44 shop. Signed copies are available for £25 and are expected to arrive on or around October 20, with free delivery.
But if you can’t wait until October, then book yourself a spot at Bar44 for some top notch tapas, or their Spanish Sunday roast platter featuring chorizo Yorkshire puddings, as well as plenty of wine here.
