Are you excited about Eurovision? Well, you might want to sit down for this because the news that Eurovision 2023 tickets will go on sale from next week is finally in!
As we await the moment at which crowds and crowds of people head to Liverpool for the international singing competition, people will be jumping online at 13:00 Central European Time on March 7 when the tickets finally go live. You’ll have to be snappy to secure one, that’s for sure!
Tickets will cost anywhere between £30 to £380, depending on whether you’d like to attend the preview shows or the event itself, which will be broadcast live on the BBC. More specifically, you can grab tickets for the semi-final shows for £30 to £290 and tickets for the grand final shows will range between £80 to £380.
Previews will be televised too and they’ll be hosted at the Liverpool ACC. You will be able to buy those from 12 noon on Tuesday, March 7.
Hosts will include Graham Norton, Alesha Dixon, Hannah Waddingham and Ukranian singer Julia Sanina, and you just know that this colossal event is going to attract the most influential, famous people to Liverpool.
Ukrainian people displaced by the war can apply for cheaper tickets through the Homes For Ukraine, Ukraine Extension Scheme or Ukraine Family Scheme. These tickets will cost £20. This honours the promise that the UK made when it was chosen to host the competition in place of Ukraine which won the last Eurovision Song Contest.
Eurovision 2023 will kick off at 8 pm on May 8 with the semi-final preview and conclude on May 13 at 8 pm also with the live grand final.
You’ll only be able to order 4 tickets per person in each order but for the preview shows the maximum is 6 tickets, and you’ll need to order for each show individually. Check out the BBC site for more information on how to order.
