Weekend brunches are back and we’ve greeted them with a warm, welcoming embrace, but now a top plant-based Bristol restaurant has announced it is now going boozy. In other words, brunch just got a lot better.
Announcing the news on social media, Koocha Mezze Bar wrote: “🥂BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH HAS ARRIVED AT KOOCHA!🥂 What could be better than a delicious plant based brunch? Adding bottomless Prosecco of course! 🥂🎉”
Their brunch menu will be available Monday to Friday, 11am-5pm, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, 10am-5pm. However, if you’re looking to go bottomless (because, why not?), you can enjoy Koocha Mezze’s bottomless brunch for £20 with unlimited prosecco included between the hours of 11am and 1pm Monday to Friday, and 10am and 1pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The Persian-inspired restaurant will be serving brunch dishes such as traditional shakshuka with vegan fried egg served with toast; spinach and egg muffins with melted cheese and hash browns inside; cream cheese and avocado bagels; and bandari muffins (breakfast muffins stuffed with a smoky tomato and red pepper hot dog mix and vegan scrambled egg).
Koocha Mezze Bar will also be serving some delicious drinks alongside their brunch menu like their Persian mimosas (a mix of prosecco, pomegranate juice, lime and rose) and classic Bloody Marys which have been veganised. The restaurant also serves up smoothies made fresh every morning as well as teas, coffees and even a rose hot chocolate.
The Cheltenham Road restaurant’s main menu is also colourful, creative and brimming with flavour. Enjoy mouth-watering dishes such as their infamous vegan doner kebab made with seitan, harissa or falafel burgers or choose from a selection of mezze like spiced cauliflower, tabbouleh, sweet potato samosas, falafels, pistachio kofta and Persian potatoes.
