Live at Lydiard exploded onto the festival scene last year with an epic full-day experience that left its mark on the UK’s summer calendar in a big way. Now, they’ll be returning to the gorgeous surrounds of Lydiard Tregoze in Swindon with their multi-genre lineup for an even bigger second year – and tickets are now on sale.
Taking place on Saturday, August 20, with five fantastic stages of pop, garage, house and RnB stars, the 10-hour festival will boast everything you’d expect from a wild summer session. From big name performers (keep an eye out for announcements) to pumping DJs, creative cocktails at a boutique bar to a fab food court for feasting, it will be an afternoon of high-octane fun.
Last year, acts such as Anne-Marie, Pete Tong, Clean Bandit and Dizzee Rascal graced the stage at Lydiard Tregoze, the historical hub that sits around 45 minutes from Bristol. This year, alongside the famous DJs and singers, there will be an additional ‘BBC Introducing’ stage in partnership with the media stalwart.
From today (March 10), there’ll be phased releases of the Live at Lydiard standard tickets – you’ll wanna book yours fast to benefit from early bird discounts. Alternatively, if you’re feeling fancy, why not go for the VIP option? You’ll gain access to a whole host of exclusive elements, starting with queue jump and free parking on arrival, to lots more inside the festival itself. Relaxing in the VIP-only area (with a very special bar), access to luxury loos, watching the main stage from a special viewing platform, and planning out your day with the help of a festival brochure sounds pretty good to us…
