In search of a new drinks destination? Well, here to shake things up in Bristol is The Cocktail Club group, formally known as London Cocktail Club, which is set to open its biggest bar yet on Corn Street. Launching on November 12, the club which already has nine London venues and one Bristol venue, will hold 300 party goers, offering wonderfully-crafted cocktails and a venue where you can dance the night away until 2am.
Following the success of the already popular London Cocktail Club on The Triangle, The Cocktail Club’s venue in Bristol’s Old City will take over Gilbert House with an impressive two-floor venue. The club will have a range of places for you to sip classic cocktails like Pornstar Martinis to unique twists such as Smoked Collins at, including several bars, lounge areas and a garden terrace.
To celebrate The Cocktail Club’s opening on Corn Street, the bar will be offering a free round of cocktails for any happy hour bookings, throughout the whole of November. So whether that’s for two people or six, the club is ready to kick the night off in true Cocktail Club style.
Plus, if a free round of cocktails wasn’t enough, The Cocktail Club will also be handing out deliciously fluffy sweet treats filled with the flavours of the nation’s favourite cocktail in the form of Pornstar Martini doughnuts. This is a world first creation in partnership with Bristol doughnut brand, Pippin Doughnuts, and you’ll be able to bag yourself one from either Wapping Wharf, The Centre or Queen’s Square between the hours of 12-3pm on launch day. Alongside a free doughnut, discount vouchers will also be shared for The Cocktail Club: Bristol.
Luckily, those around the country who can’t get to Bristol for a free doughnut will still get the chance to try by entering an online competition. One lucky winner will receive a box of Pornstar Martini doughnuts as well as free cocktails for a whole year.
JJ Goodman, founder and owner of The Cocktail Club bar group, said: “At The Cocktail Club, we’re all about a bloody good time. Our bars party like the best of them and mix the world’s greatest drinks to perfection. With our Clifton branch already hugely popular, we can’t wait for the party to get even wilder on Corn Street. Expect bigger, better and more of the mischievous fun that everyone knows and loves from The Cocktail Club group.”
