Bristol’s biggest music festival, Love Saves The Day, has teamed up with the city’s beloved burger joint, Oowee Vegan, for the ultimate giveaway this summer. With the launch of a whole new ‘LSTD’ menu, it’s offering hungry festivalgoers the chance to find a golden ticket to the festival – tucked away between their fries, burgers and sides.
The new ‘LSTD’ menu is centred around Oowee’s new plant-based smoky and saucy beef brisket. Which is being generously topped onto burgers, tater tots and mac ‘n’ cheese, available from now until June 2. It’s also set on reducing environmental impact – also a core value of Love Saves the Day, with Team Love pledging to become Net Zero by 2030.
Tuck into such items as the BBQ Brisket Smashburger, a plant-based beef patty with American-style cheese topped with plant-based beef brisket by Redefine Meat, tossed in a sweet, smoky and spicy BBQ sauce with sliced gherkins; or cult-classic BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese – the creamy, gooey mac and cheese, topped with sweet and spicy vegan BBQ Brisket, crispy onions and spring onions.
Also on the line-up are the BBQ Brisket Tots – crispy potato-tots, topped with in-house cheese sauce, BBQ brisket, crispy onions and spring onions – and Frickless: huge slices of dill pickle, battered in a seasoned coating and fried to perfection.
Enjoy the full menu now at Oowee Vegan on Baldwin Street and Picton Street. You could be one of 30 lucky Oowee customers with the chance to win a weekend ticket to Love Saves the Day. There’s until May 20 to find a golden ticket, ahead of the Bristol-born festival on May 25 & 26.
The bumper weekend sees the CamelPhat giving back-to-back dance and electronic beats on Saturday, while The Streets reminds everyone of the lyrical genius on Sunday. Elsewhere on the line-up, you’ll find, Rudimental, Sub Focus, CASISDEAD, Goldie, Girls Don’t Sync, Joy Orbison, and so many more across eight stages in Ashton Court.
A diverse line-up will welcome household names and up-and-coming, local artists. To learn more head here.
