The last time we saw Fatboy Slim in Bristol he was with Bristol local Eats Everything. These two legends were playing from a van in Lakota’s car park back in October, before the party got out-out of hand and was shut down. The superstar DJ clearly has unfinished business in Bristol then, as he has just been revealed as one of Love Saves The Day 2o23 headliners.
Bristol’s biggest independent music festival, Love Saves The Day 2023, will return to Ashton Court on May 27 & 28. With Fatboy Slim headlining the Saturday. The likes of Kelis and Years & Years will also join him for the two-day musical festival, as the first wave of artists for Love Saves The Day 2023 is announced.
Also confirmed to be playing the Saturday are Andy C, Nia Archives and Piri. While Years & Years – who headline the Sunday – will be joined by Folamour and SG Lewis. There are lots more artists still to be announced, however, with plenty of slots to fill across ten stages over two days. Love Saves The Day 2023 looks to be another banger.
“Love Saves the Day has become such a staple in the festival calendar and we can’t wait to bring it back for 2023,” said Tom Paine, Love Saves the Day founder. “We’ve got one of our strongest line ups we’ve ever had with some of the top drum & bass artists on the scene.”
The award-winning event swapped locations from Clifton Downs to Ashton Court last year but remains a key date in all ravers’ summer calendars. Other big names on the line-up include Four Tet, Eats Everything and Skream. Tickets are now on sale at Love Saves The Day’s website.
