Martell has teamed up with the award-winning zero waste chef, Max La Manna, to bring you a cocktail masterclass like no other. And if that wasn’t enough – there’s live music too!
The Virtual Cocktail Class and Live Music with Martell is the ultimate date night idea, and it would make a top-tier gift for a loved one. But to be honest, it’s also just a really nice way to treat yourself in the run up to the holidays.
You’ll learn how to make delicious Martell cocktails with Max La Manna, the amazing chef helping you ‘waste not, want not’ your way through your kitchen. And once you’ve mixed up those perfect drinks, you can sit back, relax and enjoy an intimate live music performance from the spectacular singer-songwriter, Freddie Long.
Ticket holders will receive a bespoke Martell cocktail kit for two ahead of the experience containing everything needed to whip up two servings of two professional cocktails – cocktail shaker and all! Tickets cost £35 and can be purchased via the Fever app.
This exclusive one and a half hour experience will run for one night only on Thursday December 10, so make sure you book your tickets in advance to avoid missing out. It promises to be an evening full of mouthwatering Martell cocktails, with an atmospheric live music performance like no other. Sounds dreamy right? Read on for all the details!
To begin your Cocktail Class and Live Music experience, Martell Ambassador Hussain van Roos, will give you an informal intro to the rich history and heritage behind this audacious Cognac. But, trust us when we say this is about as far away from your old history lessons as you can get! And don’t worry if you’re not an expert when it comes to Cognac – Hussain is here to teach you everything you need to know.
Then, it’s time to brush up on your mixology skills with Max La Manna, the zero waste New York chef and sustainability guru on a mission to help us all be a little more mindful about our food and kitchen waste. Max is an award-winning chef, author of the amazing sustainable cookbook More Plants Less Waste, and is the presenter of BBC Earth’s Regeneration Food series exploring the UK’s food waste issue. In this exclusive masterclass, Max will be showing you how to mix your delicious drinks at home while generating as little waste as possible.
You’ll learn how to make two delicious cocktails: a Sidecar and a Cognac Alexander with a festive twist, both using Max’s top tips to cut down on waste. And with that in mind, you’ll be happy to know that all the packaging in your Martell cocktail kit has been made using natural or recyclable packaging as well. So let’s all raise a glass to saving the planet!
And finally, once you’ve whipped up your wonderful Martell cocktails, it’s time to sit back and enjoy them, while Freddie Long serenades you with an exclusive live music performance. This Sussex-born singer-songwriter is insanely talented and his acoustic sound is the perfect way to wrap up your lovely night-in.
So, if you’d like to spend a cosy December evening at home, with Martell, Max La Manna, and Freddie Long, get your hands on your tickets here. It’s the perfect way to kick off your holiday season!
