Whether it’s hidden speakeasies or rooftop bars, Bristol knows how to serve a cocktail in style. But looking to shake up the city’s cocktail scene once again is the eagerly anticipated Bristol Cocktail Weekend. Back for more spirited fun, September 25 to 28, the cocktail extravaganza is Bristol’s biggest showcase of mixology.
Now in its third year, Bristol Cocktail Weekend is set to shine the spotlight on the city’s best bars, cocktail venues and restaurants. And, with its £6 signature cocktails and £5 mocktails for all wristband holders, you won’t find a better cocktail deal in Bristol. Plus, gain access to limited edition creations, food offerings and cocktail-themed events across the four days.
The four-day celebration has now announced the first 25 venues, including returning favourites like Milk Thistle, Her Majesty’s Secret Service, The Granary Club, Dirty Martini, Harvey Nichols Second Floor Bar and Filthy XIII. Alongside new names such as Jaded Dragon—the UK’s first Chinese Tiki Baiju bar, which opened in January on Whiteladies Road—even more bars will be revealed in the coming weeks.
That’s not all, either. This year also sees the launch of The LOS ARCOS Hub at Bambalan. Acting as a vibrant festival base where wristband-holders can collect their guides and their wristbands, you’ll also be able to try samples of LOS ARCOS Blue Weber Agave Spirit with brand experts from the world of Tequila, Mezcal and other agave-based spirits.
“We’re welcoming back some brilliant bars and introducing fresh venues to discover, plus we’re certain this year’s LOS ARCOS hub will be a huge hit,” Alex Nicholson-Evans, Founder of Bristol Cocktail Weekend, said. “We’ve got some fantastic events in the pipeline and our venues are already cooking up some exciting food offers – we can’t wait to share more about this unmissable long weekend as the festival approaches.”
In 2024, 87% of Bristol Cocktail Weekend attendees said they visited a venue they hadn’t been to before, while 99.5% tried something new. If you’d like to broaden your cocktail experiences this autumn, tickets are already on sale now for a discounted rate of £10. A wristband will give you access to all of the festival food and drink offers, as well as the opportunity to book special events and experiences.
