We love a burger at the best of times but when we heard that this Bristol restaurant would be bringing back their bottomless burger offering, our hearts skipped a beat. This incredibly popular event from Burger Theory, which saw the joint sold out for six months straight when it first began back in 2018, has announced that it will be returning to the city to supply guests with two hours of bottomless food and drink.
Burger Theory’s Bottomless Burger Club is a unique bottomless event where you can tuck into unlimited burgers and sides alongside bottomless bubbles or beer. Starting on February 20 and running monthly, diners get two hours to eat and drink as much as they desire, for only £39.50 per person.
The restaurant on St Stephen’s Street has nine slider burgers for you to choose from and better yet you needn’t have to limit yourself to one burger choice as you can choose something different the next time around. Select from the likes of Cheese Theory (a beef patty with two types of cheese, pickles and dijonnaise); Mac 10 (similar to Cheese Theory but with the addition of gherkin and jalapeño relish, crispy bacon bits and Mac 10 burger sauce); and KFC (Korean fried chicken with sticky chilli sauce, peanuts, spring onions and fresh red chilli).
Veggies can also enjoy unlimited servings of Rory’s Best Ever Veggie Cheese Burger which consists of a tofu and quinoa patty, smoked cheddar, halloumi, house pickles, dijonnaise and house ketchup. As well as devouring as many burgers as you see fit, guests can also chow down on unlimited sides such as skin-on fries, halloumi fries with BBQ sauce, hot wings with blue cheese sauce and BBQ chicken wings.
You can also wash down all those burgers with either bottomless prosecco, Asahi beer, Bristol Steam cider or soft drinks as part of the Burger Theory Bottomless Burger Club. The first event will be on Sunday 20th February 2022 and every third Sunday of the month after that.
For any die-hard burger fan, this is the bottomless event for you, so get booking ASAP in order to not miss out. However, until February comes around we’ll be tucking into the festive menu at Burger Theory which features the Christmas Quacker burger (potato rosti, raclette cheese, confit duck, gravy mayo and cranberry glaze); The Cheese Board burger (beef patty, grilled jalapeños, cheddar, brie, stilton and chilli jam); and veggie Chick’n dinner burger (mock chicken, brie, cranberry BBQ sauce and facon bits).
