Turns out manifesting our love for beer has paid off as Bristol is being blessed with a new boozy street party this summer. Much-loved London brewers, Camden Town Brewery, has announced that its annual Tank Party is going on tour and will be bringing the iconic event to six cities across the nation.
Camden Town Brewery’s annual street party celebrates fresh, unfiltered beer poured straight from the tanks. The brewers have previously hosted this event at their brewery, but now can’t wait to bring the beer to some of the top cities in the UK with their Tank Party Tour this summer. And to make things even better the event is free and walk-in only!
The tour will kick off in Manchester, before heading to Leeds, Liverpool and then to good ol’ Bristol, before heading to Newcastle and then returning home to London. The Bristol event is set to take place at Steam at Clifton Down station on July 15 & 16.
Camden Town Brewery will be bringing the freshest, tank beer to lucky lager lovers all over the UK, which will also see all Tank Party events serving up their never pasteurised, unfiltered ‘Hells Lager’. The beer will be from tanks delivered directly from the Home of Hells especially for the event – so you can’t get fresher than that!
There will also be multiple tanks of fresh unfiltered Hells at each venue (that’s upwards of 23,000 pints!) Plus, ale-drinkers needn’t miss out as Camden Town Brewery will be taking over the taps to pour pints of their Pale Ale and Off Menu IPA too.
And it wouldn’t be a Camden party without some delicious food and fresh entertainment. The Tank Party Tour will be serving up local street food favourites, and activities for the whole family to get involved in, from kid-friendly workshops to beer tastings for the adults.
At every venue there will be DJ sets, roaming bands, and even live music. So, grab your mates, a round of beers and Camden Town Brewery’s Tank Party will take care of the rest. For more info head to the website here.
