We wouldn’t say Bristol is severely lacking in music venues. But when it comes to large events, it’s a real blindspot in the city. Since 2020, venues around the country have been disappearing too easily as well. So exciting to learn that the new Central Warehouse will launch soon. Just in time for New Year’s Eve too.
Little is known about the exciting new event space, located somewhere in BS2. Which doesn’t exactly narrow it down. We won’t have to wait long to learn more, however, as Central Warehouse’s grand opening will take place on NYE! A double-whammy of celebrations is sure to make this party start with a bang.
Overmono, aka brothers Tom and Ed Russell, will DJ the party with their infectious, club-ready sound. They will be joined by the likes of Addison Groove, Sully, Naina, Gotsome, Lady Passion, Em + Stav, and plenty more for the all-night-long party.
Bristol promoters Alternate and Tuff Life have teamed up with the art team behind Glastonbury Festival’s Shangri-La, ShangrilART to bring this party together at Central Warehouse. The trio have completely taken care of the sound production, visuals, and decor. While you can also check out a bespoke art gallery and cocktail bar onsite too.
Further details about Central Warehouse remain scant. For now, we’ll just have to wait until December 31 to learn more. To get your ticket for New Year’s Eve head here. All booking fees will be donated to Central Warehouse’s neighbour, The Salvation Army Logos House Support.
