Sure, the John Lewis advert may have charm and solid Britishness behind it, but we all know that only one advert truly heralds the coming of Christmas. No brand seems more befitting to spread Christmassy cheer in red and white, after all, than the already red-and-white-clad Coca-Cola. The Coca-Cola Christmas Truck has graced our screens since 1995, and it’s once again embarking on a tour around the UK. And it’s heading to Bristol on December 22!
Guests will be able to enjoy a wide range of interactive experiences, including a visit to the Ho-Ho-Hoop hut where they can participate in a game for the chance to win a selection of prizes, including meal-inspired rewards and recycled Christmas tree decorations. Not only will you also get the opportunity to take a memorable photograph with Coca-Cola’s iconic truck, but there will also be free samples of the beloved soft drink – as well as the chance to listen to the Coca-Cola Christmas choir performing carols.
Alongside the tour, Coca-Cola has teamed up with Neighbourly, a charity supporting local communities. Those looking to make a difference this Christmas will be able to donate online or use the QR code at the Truck Tour. At the Bristol stop, visitors will be supporting Sense Family Centre Woodside – a national disability charity that supports people with complex communication needs.
Where is the Coca-Cola Christmas Truck stopping in Bristol?
We reckon it’ll be pretty hard to miss a 13-tonne truck bedecked in almost nine thousand lights, but we’ll give you the details anyway. The magical Coca-Cola Truck Tour will be stopping in Bristol this Friday, December 22. It’s bringing the festivities at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway between 12:00 – 20:00. You can keep up-to-date with the tour by heading here.
