Weekends mean brunch and Pieminister has got a treat for us by announcing the return of its popular bottomless brunch this month. Fizz? Check. Pie? Check. All you need to do is grab your mates and you’re in for a great weekend.
From March 19, the pie-makers founded in Bristol are offering up free-flowing booze alongside their delicious pies, and it’s pretty much the stuff of dreams. Available at two of their Bristol branches, Stokes Croft and Broad Quay, the brunch runs every Saturday, from 11am to 3pm, giving guests a whole hour and a half to enjoy endless pies and bottomless drinks like prosecco, beer and cocktails.
The brunch menu is pretty fab, too, with specially designed pies including a bacon and sausage pie with bechamel and a baked egg and a red onion and rosemary veggie sausage pie. Plus, diners can also mix it up by selecting smoky baked beans, halloumi and an egg baked in a skillet.
All dishes are topped with garlic potatoes, crispy kale and vine tomatoes, with pies also being served with a side of smoky baked beans. Pieminister offers a bottomless brunch menu that is both delicious, hearty and perfect to soak up all that free-flowing alcohol.
Booze-wise Pieminister offers selected bottomless drinks including beers on draught, prosecco, classic brunch cocktails like refreshing mimosas and the iconic Aperol Spritz. The pie restaurant has even added their own beer known as Pie.P.A, which is brewed by Freedom Brewery, to the bottomless deal.
Costing just £25 per person, it’s a no-brainer next time you’re after a boozy get-together. Book your bottomless brunch at Pieminister in advance here.
