Move over Coca-Cola truck as the holidays are coming but with seasonal scents of spiced apples, roasted chestnuts and oranges in tow as a new festive bus heads to the city. The Yankee Candle Express is set to stop off in Bristol this weekend where people can hop on board and experience a ‘magical fragrance sensorium’ as the festive season gets underway.
The Yankee Candle Express will be set up at Cabot Circus on Saturday and Sunday (November 23 & 24), a stone’s throw from Bristol Christmas Market, the renowned candle brand will be making things smell a bit more festive. Think, cinnamon spice and festive tree pines are expected to fill the Bristol air.
Via the power of ‘magic’, the bus is set to transport passengers to a cosy and inviting space – inspired by Yankee Candle’s latest festive TV ad. Visitors to the Yankee Candle Express will find a photobooth and a comforting armchair inside to enjoy a nice cup of complimentary hot chocolate and Christmas cookie special from.
As well as offering plenty of cosy vibes and seasonal scents, there will also be competitions for people to take part in, with a number of Yankee Candle prizes up for grabs. Each visitor will also receive a free gift bag of festive fragrances to take home or gift to a loved one.
The Bristol appearance forms part of a UK tour, which started at King’s Cross Station in London last week followed by a trip to the Bullring in Birmingham. This weekend, the Yankee Candle Express will be stopping in Bristol ahead of stops in Manchester, West Thurrock and Kent.
