Our love of Pizzarova is no secret. It is one of the best pizzerias in Bristol and our first port of call for pizza wherever we are in the city. But this month, like for many others, gooey cheesy pizzas have been off the menu for us since starting Veganuary.
But it appears we’re in luck. Throughout the month of January, Pizzarova has launched a vegan menu so we don’t have to give up one of our favourite foods. The exclusive menu features five fantastic vegan pizza, alongside large selection of vegan dips and sides. All still homemade with their signature sourdough bases and the finest local ingredients from the South West.
“Being vegan, or at least trying it out, shouldn’t have to be a drain on your wallet or leave you feeling unsatisfied,” said managing director Jack Lander. “We love being part of a community that cares about where their food comes from and what type of businesses they are supporting.
“We know that this month people will be trying out veganism and other new year’s resolutions. Whether it’s because they care about animal welfare, sustainability, or their own wellbeing, we want to support everyone’s lifestyle decisions by providing an easy and affordable option for them.”
Pizzarova’s vegan marinara and margarita pizzas won’t come as a surprise to many. But the real stars of the menu are the pizza featuring artichoke, olive and rocket; vegan nduja, with crispy onions and basil pesto; and spicy, buffalo cauliflower with ranch and spring onions. Why not pick up a side order of vegan (sriracha) garlic bread while you’re there? Even meat-loving carnivores will find something to enjoy.
Pizzarova’s embrace of veganism won’t stop at the end of January either. Going forward, the pizza restaurant will continue to add a range of vegan items to their menu. From the vegan nduja pizza to even local vegan beers. Bristol is one of the most vegan-friendly cities in the UK. so makes sense to support this community all year round.
Pizzarova will also offer special discounts on its vegan dips throughout Veganuary on their app. While its loyalty scheme will offer a free pizza for every seven purchased. Those not committing to Veganuary will still find that Pizzarova’s usual pizzas still available. To learn more about Pizzarova head here.
